Shipping
For orders over 50€, standard shipping is FREE in Spain and 5,60€ to the European countries, and for orders over 45£, standard shipping costs 4,90£ to the UK.
If the order is less than 50€ or 45£, the following Standard shipping cost will be applied:
- Spain: Balearic islands 4,50€, Mainland 5,40€
- France, Germany, Italy (except Sicily and Sardinia) & Portugal (except Azores and Madeira): 9,50€
- UK (except Northern Ireland): 7,80£
* Express shipping option is available for domestic shipment only. Please check the option in the shipping process page.
-Delivery time
- Spain: with Standard shipping: 4-7 business days, with Express shipping 2-4 business days.
- European countries including the UK: 4-10 business days
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be handled as if they had been received on the next business day. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

We care how you enjoy your time with Oneoverf Co. products. If the Oneoverf Co. product you purchased doesn’t perform the way you expect, please let us know. We will issue a full refund for requests made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns sent carriage forward.

When we receive the returned Oneoverf Co. product(s) from you, we will process your refund via your original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The custom message cards cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your Oneoverf Co. package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@oneoverfco.com. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the damaged package and product(s), and the damaged items will be replaced.
